Purchase and
Stock Management

Key features |
Screen shots
Wouldn’t it be great if when it came to ordering
you simply clicked a couple of buttons and a list of stock needed was
generated? Well with
SoftBooking that is exactly
what happens.
You can choose to run a
purchase order whenever
you want and simply
select the supplier you
wish to order from, the
system then checks your
current stock levels,
compares these figures
against your ideal stock
levels and generates a
list of stock which
needs to be re-ordered.
If
you are on the internet
and have an email
ordering facility with
your supplier the system
can even automatically
send the order through
to the supplier,
including all your
account details.
Alternatively you can
just print the order
sheet out and either fax
it or phone it through
to the supplier.
Of
course
ordering
is
just
half
the
job;
once
an
order
has
been
placed
you
will
be
awaiting
the
delivery.
SoftBooking's
ordering
system
logs
all
orders
pending
delivery
and
once
the
delivery
arrives
simply
check
in
the
items
amending
any
differences
and
complete
the
process.
Your
stock
levels
are
automatically
updated.
