The
salon business is in the
enviable position of
holding vast amounts of
client data, but are you
using it, to get the
most out of your client
base?
If
you’re using paper
client files how much
time do you and your
staff spend looking for
and subsequently filling
in treatment cards in a
day? You’d be surprised
how many extra
treatments you could do
if this was done for
you. Well when you use
SoftBooking
this IS in fact done for
you, so you can really
see how many more
treatments you can fit
in, you will be
surprised!
You
can sort and filter all
your client’s details
with a few clicks of the
mouse and create
targeted mailers in
seconds, so if for
example, you receive an
allergy cream from one
of your suppliers, you
can alert all your
clients with allergies
to the new product,
maybe even send them a
voucher as an
enticement.
