OSMOSiS Shell

OSMOSiS
Shell is a terminal emulator with some built-in function
specifically for OSMOSiS functionality such as the logging to
Accounts.
Using an MDI
form enables the user to have multi windows open – yes this does
mean a license is required for each window open.
The user can
logon to a session directly using an IP address and telnet port
number from the left-hand-side bar. Alternatively the user can
select an Account and go straight to TCL with the system entering
the logon information.
By right
mouse clicking on a session window, a menu is displayed allowing;
copying contents to – clipboard, printer, textbox and email. The
menu also allows the user to lock their session asking for a
password to unlock, this is useful for lunch breaks or when the user
is away from their machine temporarily.
The
properties option allows the user to allocate a Function Key to
text. For example if the user wanted the code – ‘MNENQ’ on F3, when
F3 is pressed, it will execute ‘MNENQ’. The user can also have
multiple executions using a <return>.
