At
our practice we find SoftBooking fully comprehensive and adaptable to
the range of services, treatments, practitioners and therapist we have
working with us. It is extremely easy to use.
I particularly love the bookings form. At our salon we have a regular
clientele who often book several appointments on one particular day. It
is so easy to make an appointment for a client and then create another
appointment with different therapist even without having to close the
form. We can even book a further appointment even just by changing
the date and time, all that is required after you have selected the date
is to move the booking form is to view the diary page to check
appointment availability on that day. When we have a client making two
appointments one for themselves and another for a friend the same
procedure is carried out by looking up a the second client or creating a
new client all with out having to go back and forth to the diary page or
exiting the bookings form. I made 5 appointments this way the other day
for the same client and adding her mothers appointment too... ...So
simple.
Records are kept
up to date easily including being able to keep a take on retail stock
the professional usage of products can be easily set up to link with
relevant treatments. i.e. I use 1 size 15 blade per treatment in our
chiropody treatment each time a chiropody treatment is carried out the
system automatically adjusts the amount of blades I have in stock.
therefore being able to keep a take on what is being used in the
treatment as well as being able to set a warning when we are running low
and need to replenish stock.
It is always a pleasure to talk to them they are so warm and friendly.
It's a fab system and you can tell they are very passionate about it. |

Before
we had SoftBooking everything was done through a manual method, we used
a paper diary with no notes on our customers tattoos.
Matthew
changed the system to work for us and he did a great job, Matthew made
things simple for us as we didn't have computer experience before we
started using the software.
We
can now store notes, book customers in, retrieve their history including
cancellations which is essential to our practice. Deposits is a big
thing to us so Matthew put in a special colour especially for us to
visually find none paid deposits.
The
service was great from start to finish and I can't wait for the next
