Description  
 
This will call a Query routine that has been defined using the OSMOSi Query Language Report Definition routine. The Query routine must be stored in the file "_ACCESS, fff" where fff is the file name stored in attribute 5 and the query id is stored in attribute 3 of the process record stored in "_PROCS".

The format of the "_PROCS" record is:
