Description

The Menu System is a hierarchy of folders containing menu items. The menu items point to specific routines sych as; Reports, Enquiries, Entry Forms, Prints, Help Documents and Prints.

Main Toolbar Items

Back Goes back to the previous Folder you were on. Forward Goes forward from the back. Up Level Move to selected folders parent folder. Favourites Enables you to create an individual menu for yourself. View History Click on the toolbar button with the caption 'History', this will generate a list of previously executed menu items showing Date/Time, menu type and description. View Jump Codes Click on the toolbar button with the caption 'Jump Codes', this will generate a list of available Jump Codes to the system. View Changes the menu items list to Icons, Tiles, List and Details. Help Displays the menu help. Selecting Menu Folder On the left handside of the Menu is a list of Menu Folders. Click on the folder to select, the list of menu items underneath the selected folder is loaded on the right handside in a grid fasion. Executing a Menu Item On the right handside of the

To clear history click on the top menu item 'History' then select 'Clear History'. This will clear all historic data on the clients menu only.

Each menu item (including folders) can have an individual codes assigned. This is an easy and quick way to to execute the menu item you wanted.
