Description  
 
The favourites option allows you to create your own menu structure. This is especially useful if you have a sequence of routines such as End of Month in accounts, you will need to run specific updates followed by certain reports you must run afterwards and so on.  
 
Organising Favourites  
 
Click on the toolbar item Favourites, followed by Organise Favourites

Add to Favourites  
 
Adding a menu item requires the user to place it into the Favourites folder.
